Frequently asked questions

You will be contacted by one of our helpful staff prior to the assessment date to confirm your appointment, give specific information about where and when to attend and answer any questions you may have.

You can bring a support person with you, but they cannot participate in the interview or assessment.

No you don’t need to bring anything, we have everything that we need.

You should allow up to 1.5 hours for your assessment.

No, you will not need to pay anything on the day. This is taken care of by the entity who organised your appointment (e.g insurer or legal firm)

If you are unable to attend the appointment then you need to phone your insurer or legal company to reschedule. Please note that late cancellation can result in a cancellation fee.

You will be interviewed to obtain information about your medical and work history and then a physical examination will be conducted. Please wear appropriate clothing for this.

The report is prepared and issued to whomever requested it (ie the insurer or your lawyer). We cannot give you a copy, but you can request and are entitled to a copy from the insurer if they requested the review.
